He loves to hurt my tits and He knows I am afraid of needles, of course that is why He does it. He makes me watch as the needles are inserted under the skin. He does it slowly to inflict the most pain. It makes me feel weak and he has to gauge my reaction incase I faint from fear.

Needles seem to always scare subs. The picture is great but I would love to see two needles through your nipple in a cross like appearance and then one needle above and below your nipple. That is what I do to my subs.
