At first the suction was quite a pleasant feeling but as the vacuum pulled my tits further and further into the cup it was stretching the skin of my nipples tighter and it became more painful, not helped by Him deciding to slap the exposed skin of my tits with the crop. He let me get used to the amount of suction being used and increased it every 5 minutes sometimes pulling at the cups to see how tight they were. He wanted to see how puffy my nipples would be once the cups were released and if they had leaked.

Thank you for commenting, I too love the Shibari and would like to be taken to a workshop to see how other people do it.
